Nicole Klauss is a content manager, event planner and freelance writer in Washington state.

She was previously a general assignment reporter with the Ellensburg Daily Record in Washington, where she covered breaking news, cops and courts, Central Washington University and the city of Ellensburg.

Prior to moving to Washington, she worked in Kodiak, Alaska where she covered education, courts, features and search and rescue missions for the Kodiak Daily Mirror.
